Information and communication technologies (ICT) are one of the most striking factors of contemporary societies. They bring together a set of tools designed and used to produce, process, store, exchange, classify, find and read digital documents. They allow more efficiency and effectiveness in different areas and activities. The field of scientific research is no exception. Doctoral students, in particular, must be well trained in ICT tools, which will help them carry out their theses well. It is with this objective that the ministry has set up a commission of experts to develop an ICT teaching program for the benefit of these doctoral students. The training is used to train doctoral students on ICT tools that will be useful to them during their research work. The targeted skills will relate to the methodology and the tools of documentary research and all the tools necessary to carry out its research work. The doctoral student must be made aware of ethics and deontology in the use of digital resources (documents, software, etc.).
