ملخص

 تعتبر التربية والتعليم من اهم الاسس التي تبني عليها الامم كيانها في مختلف جوانب الحياة الإنسانية ومختلف المجالات والميادين السياسية والاقتصادية والثقافية وغيرها، حيث ان تطور أي بلد سواء المتقدمة منها او السائرة في طريق النمو، ومنها الجزائر  بذلت جهودات كثيرة للحاق بالركب عن طريق الاصلاحات المتوالية خاصة بعد فترة الاستعمار الفرنسي تنيجة لما خلفه من اثار فكرية وثقافية ونسبة الامية المنتشرة حوالي 80% ، اذ يعتبر هذا المقياس حوصلة عامة حول التطور التاريخي للتربية والتعليم ومعرفة النظام التعليمي في الجزائر عن قرب بخصوصياته ومبادئه عبر كل المراحل التاريخية التي مرت بها بداية بتواجد الدويلات المختلفة وماخلفته من اثار، ثم التعليم في عهد الأتراك ثم فترة الاستعمار الفرنسي وما بعده وكل الإصلاحات التي مرت بها الجزائر الى يومنا هذا، بالإضافة إلى الإصلاح في التعليم العالي وأخيرا علاقة الإصلاح بالتغير الاجتماعي في الجزائر.

Abstract

Education is one of the most important foundations on which nations build their entity in various aspects of human life and various fields, political, economic, cultural and other fields, where the development of any country, whether developed or on the path of growth, including Algeria has made many efforts to catch up through successive reforms, especially after the French colonial period, resulting from its intellectual and cultural effects and the illiteracy rate spread about 80%, as this measure is a general link on the historical development of education Education and the knowledge of the educational system in Algeria closely with its peculiarities and principles through all the historical stages that it went through, beginning with the presence of different states and its effects, then education during the era of the Turks, then the period of French colonialism and beyond, and all the reforms that Algeria has gone through to this day, in addition to reform in higher education and finally the relationship of reform to social change in Algeria.
