In a situation of communication in a native or foreign language classroom, one of the most striking and attractive aspects is surely the pronunciation that a teacher / learner produces or perceives. The study of articulation is called phonetics. As a result, a method of learning to learn phonetics and correct articulation has been proposed with the aim, of course, of classifying French / Arabic phonemes but also of describing and explaining and comparing the production of sounds of a foreign language. The following sections present this teaching method that we will illustrate using the supports. In order to situate the overview that we will make in this course, it is imperative to define a little more precisely the field of didactization of phonetics.
