في ظل التنافس الإقتصادي أصبح تعلم المقاولتية ضرورة ملحة لمواكبة احتياجات سوق العمل المستمرة والمتغيرة، وقد بدأ تعلم المقاولتية من خـــلال المقررات الدراسية، والبرامج التعليمية في ظــــل فلسفة وسياسة تعليمية في مختلف مراحل التعليم في كثير من دول العالم، نظرا لمعاناة العديد من الدول خلال السنوات الأخيرة من الركود الاقتصادي، وإرتفاع معدلات البطالة، والتقلبات التي شهدتها الأسواق العالمية بدرجة لم يشهدها العالم منذ الحرب العالمية الثانية. وهو التوجه الذي إرتكزت عليه السياسة الجزائرية للمضي نحو الاستثمار في المقاولاتية اقتناعا منها بأنها أحد السبل لتحقيق النمو والتنمية الاقتصادية من خلال اتخاذها لعدة إجراءات وسياسات لتحفيز التوجه المقاولاتي، ولا يتأتى نجاح هذه الإستراتيجية إلا بنضج الفكر المقاولاتي لدى طلاب الجامعة؛ لأن التعليم الجامعي محورا أساسيا لتطوير مهارات المقاولاتية، إذ يجب أن تركز المناهج الدراسية على تشجيع الاستقلالية والمثابرة ، الثقة بالنفس وغيرها من المهارات المقاولية الأخرى، كما أن للجامعة دور هام في بناء المعرفة الخاصة بالمقاولية وتدريس المفاهيم العلمية التي تبنى عليها.
In light of the economic competition, learning entrepreneurship has become an urgent necessity to keep pace with the continuous and changing needs of the labor market. Learning entrepreneurship has begun through curricula and educational programs in light of an educational philosophy and policy at various stages of education in many countries of the world, due to the suffering of many countries in recent years from economic recession and high unemployment rates.
The fluctuations witnessed by global markets to a degree not witnessed since World War II. This is the approach upon which Algerian policy has been based, moving towards investing in entrepreneurship, convinced that it is one of the ways to achieve economic growth and development, by adopting several measures and policies to stimulate the entrepreneurial trend.The success of this strategy can only be achieved through the maturation of entrepreneurial thinking among university students. University education is a key component of developing entrepreneurial skills. Curricula must focus on encouraging independence, perseverance, self-confidence, and other entrepreneurial skills. Universities also play a significant role in building entrepreneurial knowledge and teaching the scientific concepts upon which it is based.
