يمثل المنطق عموما المدخل الضروري للفلسفة وغيرها من مجالات المعرفة، فإذا كان هذا العلم بلغ اليوم مستوى متطورا جدا من حيث الصورية والنسقية، فضلا عن تطبيقاته المتعددة في الحاسوب والذكاء الاصطناعي؛ فإنّه لا يمكن فهم المنطق الرياضي المعاصر دون الرجوع إلى المنطق التقليدي الذي يمثل الأسس الأولى لبناء هذا العلم، خلافا للكثير من العلوم الأخرى التي ندرسها في الحاضر دون الحاجة للرجوع إلى جذورها وأصولها.

Abstract: (Traditional Logic; Indian and Greek logic)

Logic generally represents the necessary initiation to philosophy and other fields of knowledge. If this science has reached a very advanced level in terms of formality and systematization, in addition to its multiple applications in computers and artificial intelligence; Contemporary mathematical logic cannot be understood without referring to traditional logic, which represents the first foundations of building this science, unlike many other sciences that we study in the present without the need to refer to their roots and origins.
