يهدف هذا المقياس الى ابراز اهمية  التخطيط  في بناء المستقبل من خلال  برمجة حصص  تتماشي  و البرنامج ا المسطر   لسير البطولة او عملية التكوين  من خلال ابراز  النقاط المهمة  في عملية الاعداد واهم المزايا و المعوقات التى تواجه المخطط لعملية البناء  .

This scale aims to highlight the importance of planning in building the future by programming lessons in line with the program or the training process, by highlighting the important points in the preparation process and the most important advantages and obstacles facing the plan for the construction process.
