Have /has +pp(verb)

Use

1- Action that started in the past and continues in the present

Eg :I have been in lockdown for three weeks

2- Action that started in the past and its result is in the present

Eg :He has painted his room red

3- action that happened in the past in unspecfic time

She has bought a new car.
