This course is designed to develop the English language skills of Master 1 students in Political Science, with a focus on the field of Local Administration. It aims to familiarize students with key terminology, concepts, and texts related to governance, decentralization, and local government structures. Through reading, writing, and listening activities, students will enhance their ability to understand and discuss academic materials in English. Special emphasis will be placed on improving students’ capacity to summarize texts, analyze case studies, and present ideas clearly.
